Documents for use in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm al-Qaiwan) require legalisation by the Consular Section of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates.
The document to be legalised must first be certified by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.
Legalisation of bills of sale to be used in the United Arab Emirates is obtained through the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce.
Note: The Consular Section of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates will not legalise documents from Israel.
Legalisation is expected to take 3 working days.
